About The Role:
Walr is seeking an experienced Senior Bidding Executive to join our dynamic Operations Team. You will be a key player in responding to client bids, ensuring accuracy, speed, and a high standard of service delivery across multiple project types.
This role demands excellent client communication, and an ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming client bids in a clear, accurate, and timely manner, aligning with Walr’s 30-minute bid response promise.
- Maintain detailed documentation across sales systems for all client interactions — bids, prospects, client contacts, wins/losses, and more.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to escalate complex requests and provide strategic input.
- Act as the first point of contact for Project Managers on won bids to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support cross-team initiatives, assisting with internal projects, continuous improvements, and best practice sharing.
Desired Experience:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in bidding, sales support, market research operations, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong comfort working with numbers and data, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is desirable.
- Previous experience in a B2B environment, ideally within the market research or data solutions industry, is an advantage.
- Flexibility to support clients and teams working across different global time zones.
