About The Role:
At Walr, the role of the Senior Project Manager is instrumental in the planning, execution, and delivery of Sample Only and Full-Service Projects to our clients. Ideal candidate is someone who loves to take ownership, work directly with clients and likes to feel empowered to make decisions that result in high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership and responsibility for managing and overseeing all aspects of high-complexity projects, both internally and externally.
- Independently lead projects from start to finish, including project kick-offs, fieldwork management, quality control, and communication with both internal and external teams, ensuring timely data delivery to clients.
- Ensure client needs are fully met, with a focus on exceeding expectations wherever possible.
- Provide expert consultancy to clients, leveraging strong knowledge of questionnaire design, logic, and the data collection process.
- Successfully manage multiple projects and priorities by planning, organizing, and working well under pressure, always taking full responsibility for your projects.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Ensure project quality meets the highest standards and adheres to all relevant guidelines and requirements.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, deadlines, and challenges through strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Control project budgets to maximize profitability without compromising quality, and process invoices promptly.
- Support, delegate tasks to, and train other team members, contributing to their development and success.
- Assist clients with Walr technology products, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Provide bid support and strategic recommendations to the account management team.
- Complete, follow, and maintain all required company processes efficiently.
- Proactively identify potential project challenges and suggest solutions.
- Escalate challenges to your line manager when necessary, ensuring timely communication.
- Represent a strong understanding of Walr and its services in all client interactions and project management tasks.
Desired Experiences:
- Ideally at 3-5 years of experience in either research agency and/or panel/sample business
- Experience in online quantitative data collection
- Proven track record of project management in similar environment
- Highly strategic and consultative individual with an innate curiosity and passion for the new and the ability to explore additional research opportunities with client simultaneously
- Experience working with global clients within fast-moving sector/s
- Sample, Research Services and Software experience as well as managing the research project lifecycle
- Confident communicator with clients via all channels; F2F/telephone/email
- Proficiency in basic computer software/tools, i.e. MS Office
- Good working knowledge of SPSS
- Excellent project management, communication, and administrative skills
