About The Role:
At Walr, the Project Executive plays a key role in delivering Full-Service projects. We're looking for someone who excels both independently and in a team setting. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing individual responsibilities while also supporting the broader team and taking full ownership of projects when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage low-complexity projects from start to finish, including kick-off, fieldwork management, quality control, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering data to the client.
- Assist the broader team with tasks related to medium-to-high complexity projects.
- Show strong understanding of questionnaire design, logic, and the overall data collection process for low-complexity projects, allowing you to offer guidance to clients.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities by planning, prioritizing, and taking full ownership of your projects, even under pressure.
- Collaborate successfully with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Deliver high-quality projects while adhering to relevant standards and guidelines.
- Adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and demands using strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Manage project budgets to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer software/tools, such as MS Office
- Fundamental understanding of data, with the ability to use Excel for tasks like filtering, sorting, and creating pivot tables
