About The Role

We're seeking an ITOps Manager who's dedicated to delighting clients and empowered to act like an owner. You'll spearhead our IT strategy, manage vital systems and projects, and ensure we meet the highest standards of data security compliance (ISO27001 & ISMS). Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement IT Strategy: Craft a forward-thinking IT strategy that aligns with Walr's business objectives and drives innovation.

• Manage IT Systems and Projects: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of all IT systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

• Manage IT Budgets: Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance our services.

• Ensure Data Security Compliance: Lead with trust by maintaining compliance with ISO27001 & ISMS, safeguarding our data and that of our clients.

• Vendor Relations: Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors to procure necessary technology and services.

• Leadership: Mentor and lead the IT team, fostering an environment of trust, dedication, and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT operations management.

• A background in developing and implementing IT strategies.

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.

• Experience with managing IT projects and leading technical teams.

• Some experience in budget planning and management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in the data creation or market research industry.

• Knowledge of current trends and advancements in IT technology.

• A track record of innovation and challenging the status quo.
