About The Role:
We are looking for a Support Executive to support the delivery of Sample Only and Full-Service research projects. The role involves managing project setup, testing, fieldwork, and project coverage while working closely with Project Managers to ensure timely, high-quality execution. Candidates should be comfortable working weekends and supporting global projects across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project setups, testing, fieldwork, and project closure.
Perform survey setup and link testing across global time zones.
Configure basic and advanced project setups, including recontact and unique links.
Reconciliations.
Monitor and manage fieldwork, including after-hours client updates.
Handle coverage emails and act after primary PM sign-off.
Support multi-market projects across APAC, EMEA, and US regions.
Manage quota updates for multi-country studies.
Create custom qualifications as per requirements on DIY platforms.
Any other requests from PMs.
Desired Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–1 year of experience in market research, project support, or any domain.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work with attention to detail.
Willingness to work weekends and support global time zones.
Proactive team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with survey or sampling platforms is an added advantage.
